Let’s go back in time, shall we? Our Legacy Parent Conference has been going strong for a couple of years, but never had much of a brand identity to go along with it. We chose a forest/tree/wisdom/Fern Gully kinda vibe, and it’s been working very well since then. This promo was our first attempt to extend and explain the theme in a way that was attractive and compelling.
When my boss tried to explain his vision for the video by saying “like a Brady Bunch kind of thing”, I don’t exactly know how I knew what he meant.
Each guy in the video was the lead pastor of a ministry in our youth department. Our goal was to show the unity of our ministries in the same way we want the Church to partner with families.
